Terri Louras

Terri is the principal physiotherapist with over 24 years of experience in private practice. After graduating with Honours from the University of Melbourne, she began her career focusing on sports and spinal conditions. Terri brings a wealth of expertise in assessment, manual therapy, and exercise rehabilitation, with a particular interest in managing arthritis and chronic pain.

A passionate advocate for Movement-Based Clinical Exercise Programs, Terri takes a holistic approach to treatment, placing a strong emphasis on prevention and patient education—an approach that has earned her a loyal following over the years. She is also fluent in Greek, adding to her ability to connect with a diverse range of patients.

Terri enjoys working with children and teenagers, particularly in addressing postural concerns, headaches, and sports-related injuries. Outside the clinic, she mentors her team and stays active by exercising with her two sons, walking the family dog, enjoying good coffee, travelling, and proudly supporting her beloved Carlton Football Club.

Alexander Puyol

Alexander is a dedicated and passionate physiotherapist who graduated with First Class Honours from the Doctor of Physiotherapy program at the University of Melbourne. He holds a Bachelor of Sports Medicine and Exercise Science from Belhaven University, where he studied on a tennis scholarship, as well as a Master of Strength and Conditioning. Currently, he is undertaking a PhD focusing on hip pain and serves as a casual academic tutor at RMIT, where he teaches physiotherapy students.

Alexander has extensive experience in sports injury management and prevention, gained through his dual roles as a physiotherapist and senior tennis coach. His strong sporting background underpins his clinical approach, allowing him to effectively support athletes and active individuals.

In addition to his work in sports, Alexander has a keen interest in treating neck and back conditions. He is committed to helping patients reach their goals through detailed assessments and tailored exercise programs. Enthusiastic and driven, Alexander is passionate about injury prevention and rehabilitation as key tools to optimise function, enhance mobility, and improve long-term outcomes.

Alexander also speaks conversational Mandarin, enabling him to connect more effectively with Mandarin-speaking patients.

Jasmine Ferguson

Jasmine graduated from Monash University and is known for her caring, compassionate, and hardworking nature. She brings extensive expertise in the assessment, understanding, and management of chronic pain, and is also accredited in delivering tailored exercise rehabilitation through Clinical Pilates.

Passionate about helping patients maintain independence and achieve the best possible quality of life, Jasmine works collaboratively to set meaningful goals and design personalised exercise programs. Her special interest in rehabilitating sports-related injuries is shaped by her diverse sporting background and current role as an AFLW player with North Melbourne.

Bianca Demicoli

Bianca holds a Masters of Physiotherapy Practice from La Trobe University, along with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Studies. Her passion for treating sports and spinal conditions is reflected in her comprehensive assessments and commitment to delivering the highest standard of patient-centred care.

She is dedicated to empowering her patients to maintain independence and improve their overall well-being by working closely with them to set achievable goals and design personalised treatment programs.

Bianca has a strong interest in a variety of sports, particularly netball, which she has played for over 20 years. Outside of work, she’s a passionate Collingwood Magpies supporter, an avid Formula 1 fan, and enjoys following the NBA.
