Terri Louras

Terri is the principal physiotherapist, with 20 years experience in private practice. After graduating from Melbourne University with Honours, she started her career in private practice, focusing on sports and spinal conditions. She has a strong background in assessment, manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation, especially after dealing with many arthritic and chronic pain patients.

Terri is a mother of 2 secondary school aged boys, stays active and passionately enjoys her work and treating through Movement Based Clinical Exercise Programs. Her approach is holistic and focuses on prevention and education which has endeared her to many loyal patients over the years. She also speaks fluent Greek.

Terri enjoys treating kids and teenagers for postural concerns, headaches and sports related injuries. Outside of her clinical role and mentoring her team, she loves exercising with her boys, walking the family dog, drinking coffee, travelling and following her beloved Carlton.

Alexander Puyol

Alexander is a passionate physiotherapist who graduated with First Class Honours from Melbourne University. Alexander has extensive experience in sports injury management and prevention through both his current role as a physiotherapist and as a senior tennis coach.

In addition to his sports background, Alexander also has a keen interest in treating neck and back injuries and helping his patients achieve their goals with a thorough assessment and tailored exercise program. Alexander is enthusiastic and driven by the importance of injury prevention and rehabilitation in order to optimise function and mobility.

Jasmine Ferguson

Jasmine graduated from Monash University and describes herself as being caring, compassionate, hardworking and loyal. Before graduating, Jasmine completed a 5-week placement at our clinic where she further developed her skills and understanding of assessment and the management of chronic pain presentations, and Clinical Pilates.

Jasmine is passionate about helping patients maintain independent function ensuring they have the best possible quality of life by collaboratively developing attainable goals and exercise programs. Jasmine has a particular interest in the rehabilitation of sport-related injuries given her involvement across multiple sporting codes and being a current AFLW player with North Melbourne and part of VNL Netball’s Hawthorn team.
